Jesse and Katie have been dating since September 2004.

Jesse and Katie first met in Anahiem, California when they were 15 years old. Jesse was touring with Dream Street and Katie happened to be backstage with her manager. They've been great friends since then and started dating in fall 2004 with Greg Raposo (Kate's ex-boyfriend and Jesse's friend)'s approval.

Jesse rented Katie a hotel suite for her 18th birthday.

Katie appeared as Jesse's "love interest" in his music video for "She's No You" in March, 2005.
